Define the product development roadmap and operational structure required to support the brand strategy aiming to maximize actives, turnover, profits and customer satisfaction.

Lead the Italian sportsbook operation, assigning team’s responsibilities and tasks prioritization focusing on providing our customers with the best possible gambling experience as well planning and coordinating the roll out of the promotional activities, arrange their operational support for daily execution aimed to generate extra incomes.

Lead projects for regulatory authorizations of all our gaming platforms, casino games releases and betting propositions; coordinate and maintain compliance documentation and business processes.

Coordinate with marketing team the brand proposition strategy and be responsible for the planning and implementation of the operational support aimed to maximize acquisition and retention.

Define with CRM teams a strong and clear communication strategy, profitable promotional activities to improve email OR/CTR and retention rates and organize operational support for segmented Mobile notifications to target customer across all devices/platforms.

Coordinate ad hoc pricing strategies with the trading department and monitor closely their profitability thriving to increase share of wallet within the territory.
