a professional, self-motivated, hardworking Product Manager & Business Operation Manager, with over 10 years in the Online Gaming industry,  who enjoys working to a high standard. I always thrive on pursuing new challenges within my roles continuing to develop the managerial, operational and product management skills I acquired and to compliment my expertise in digital gaming.

My objective is to repeat previous success stories where I achieved outstanding results by maximizing turnover, company profits, customer satisfaction and NPS scores, keeping a 360° view of the business.

Over 10 years career development within a world leading company, it is not only a clear evidence of loyalty to the employer; it is also a reflection of my resource profile high value, and the excellent return of investment for a company.
Of course commitment isn’t just being loyal, it is about having the right behaviours and mind-set. I do create special bonds with the companies i work for, I fully understand the goals of the organisation, and set my personal objectives towards them. I also recognise that individual objectives can’t be reached by myself alone; hence I do commit to group efforts, as I strongly believe they’re key to deliver great (team) works. On the back of it, as a leader in my organization, I also work towards creating this culture and mind-set, as well as driving those behaviours and values within my teams.. it will assist me on bringing the “vision” to life.

Futuristic Vision

I believe: in order to succeed, we need to be able to do great things today that will be greater tomorrow.  I like to look at how the world behaves, the direction is taking and how businesses are following and adapting to those changes. We can’t certainly predict the future, but thanks to a deep knowledge and experience in the market we can, in some ways, predict customer needs; we can pivot the right products for the right market, or simply define how to satisfy the needs of certain segment of customers.
I see myself as an entrepreneur, rich in ideas, that is willing to take very calculated risks to achieve company goals. You may have the most talented people, the best processes and the biggest budget, but if you don’t have the product/market fit, with a 360 degree view of it, you’re going nowhere.
Together, with the right philosophy, a strong and talented team and the correct organizational set-up we can lead those changes.

Optimizer

“If you’re gonna settle for anything, settle for greatness.”
We all agree  anything can be improved; it’s a matter of agreeing the way forward by  weighting how much time and effort we want to dedicate to make improvements/increments, versus the quality of the final result. Optimization is about achieving the best with the available means and resources; it has become a natural behaviour in my day to day.  When I do  retrospectives  of my past (life/experience/career) I see the great achieved, but also look for what and how I shall improve moving forward – always aiming to achieve my best.
My strong sense of ownership of the products and businesses I manage is also a key to deliver those continuous improvements. I naturally and persistently strive for getting the best for our  customers out there.
